We have so much fun doing dentistry that we decided to start a blog to share with our patients and followers.
We had many exciting changes in 2014. We had several new faces join our family at Doug Lewis Dentistry.
First, Ms. Christy Purvis began working as an assistant to Dr. Lewis, and has broadened her horizons by moving to the front office. Christy is incredibly warm and friendly, and we are fortunate to have her greeting all of our patients when they walk in the door. She has been in the dental industry for 19 years and has such a wide base of knowledge. She works closely with insurance companies to ensure our patients are maximizing their benefits, and she provides treatment plans in order to give each patient an accurate idea of their out of pocket expense.
Second, Nancy Lewis began working in the front office nearly one year ago. Nancy helps with various office duties, marketing, accounting and public relations. She helped launch our new website, Douglewisdmd.com. Of course, we still have Paula, Renea, and Mandy who we simply could not operate without! A day does not pass where their loyalty to the practice and love of our patients is not recognized or mentioned. As for our progress as an office, we are thrilled with our start to 2015! Our CERAC machine is working overtime as we are able to make porcelain crowns in the office while you wait. Patients no longer have to wait two to three weeks in a temporary crown while their permanent one is being made. Therefore, they are not inconvenienced by a second appointment to the office.
We have a new teeth whitening special. Only thirty minutes in the office chair and $100.00! Whitening your teeth is now easier than ever. Please call the office to schedule an appointment.
